Understanding Pediatric Emergencies
This course takes a broad-spectrum approach to “pediatric” emergencies
including: Complications of Pregnancy, Emergency Childbirth, Common
Illnesses and Traumatic Injuries, Child Abuse, Injury Prevention and
Autism. The class is primarily lecture based with some hands-on skills.
Appropriate for all levels of EMS.

Registration and Cost
There is no cost for this class.
This class is funded by a training grant from the SW Regional EMS Council.
The class is limited to 24 students and will be filled on a first come basis.
