The Southwest Region EMS & Trauma Care Council has Training Equipment as well as Resource Library materials for loan/use within our (6) six counties.
Before filling out the Training Equipment Reservation Form, please take a moment to review the Training Equipment Lending Policy. After filling out the Training Equipment Reservation Form, please fax it to our office at 360-576-8485.
